Tardebigge reservoir is located just outside Bromsgrove in Worcestershire
about 15 minutes drive from the M5 junction 4 and 10 mins from M42 junction 1. There is a link to multimap on the location
page. It is approx 22 acres in size when full and is surrounded by countryside. It is a feeder for the Birmingham Worcester
canal which runs alongside one bank of the lake. There are currently 22 pegs on the water some of which are doubles,
although there has never been an occasion when you turn up and dont have a choice of at least half a dozen pegs. During the
week the venue is very quiet and quite often you will have the lake to yourself.
The lake is run as a syndicate, with full 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year access, although we do offer a day
only ticket which runs from dawn til dusk.
The stock in the lake offers carp to over 30lb with a large head of twenties a lot of which are commons, bream
to just under 14lb, roach to 3lb, perch to 4lb+, eels to 5lb +, and pike of an unknown size( nobody fished for them in the
last 5 years)Pleasure catches have been made in excess of 150lb when people have tried as the silver fish are very underfished
for. Midland Angler did a review a couple of years ago and it was said that the roach were the best looking fish he had ever
caught!! .
There is a secure car park, locked by a barrier which all members have a key to. There are also two portaloos on site
which members have the use of.
There are a number of baliffs for the water and you will find them very friendly and helpful during your stay.
